In this role, you’ll play a key part in upholding this, as you help man our extremely busy Consumer and Ecommerce Customer Services desk, based in Harlow. You’ll be communicating with people through all channels; from telephone and live chat through to email and social media to help people with their queries and complaints. To take on this role, you’ll need prior experience in a customer-facing role, and will have used different methods of communication, including digitally. You’ll love to problem-solve and will be an exceptional communicator, adept at dealing with different people and their needs. You’ll have good attention to detail, a passion for delivering to your customers, and will always show a positive approach to your work. Office administration and/or experience working in the beauty industry would be highly advantageous. Please note that this role works a shift pattern which involves two short days every other weekend. Please apply with your CV asap.
