Product Manager (Make-up & Mens Categories), Clarins, London, .

Department: Head Office
Permanent, Full Time

Can you help make the UK’s Number One Skincare brand even bigger? We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Clarins Brand Marketing team, supporting the make-up and men’s categories. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference with exciting and ambitious plans going forward. You will work closely with the Senior Product Manager to ensure that the operational side of campaigns for these categories runs smoothly. You will line manage the Assistant Product Manager in this role and will have their support in the day-to-day running of your activity and campaigns. Overseeing and managing all launch collateral (e.g. POS, Counter Tester stands) will be a key part of your role. You will work closely with the Marketing team to ensure all is produced to brand guidelines and delivered to deadline. You will work collaboratively with Supply Chain on sales plans for each launch and will be responsible for make-up and men’s product planners, updating and maintaining stock levels. Sampling is key to our strategy and so you will also partner closely with the Demand Planners to track quantities and manage assembly with warehouse and Supply Chain. You will manage the preparation of monthly reports and data on Clarins, competitor activity and media activity in collaboration with NPD insight. In this commercially-focussed role, you’ll be close to the data as you provide competitive reviews and reports, also ensuring you visit stores periodically to ensure you’re fully abreast of market activity. You will be responsible for managing and updating the marketing budget on a monthly basis, as well as be involved with new launch forecasts as required. This role will suit someone who has a proven track record within Marketing, holding a minimum of 5 years’ experience, ideally within the luxury cosmetics industry with a focus on make-up. You will be commercially focussed with a great eye for design, and have strong management skills. You will need to be highly organised, adaptable and able to work under pressure and to fixed deadlines. Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint will be key to this role. Finally, this role needs someone who can communicate at all levels, and develop positive working relationships with a variety of teams and stakeholders, both internally and externally. You will also work collaboratively with our Group Paris Head Office. If this sounds like your perfect next step, we would love to hear from you.
